The more time we spend free of Sugars the easier it gets to control the cravings for Sugar.
Almost a whole week free of Sugars now. By the 6th day it’s now starting to become more routinely to eat without Sugars. Basically to continue eating the same types of foods with sprouts and plenty of water which makes it easier to stay on track with the challenge. The cravings are now more emotional that physical. It happens when I see the sweets available for sale but this is the part that we will always have to control because the perpetual availability of Sugars is never going to change.
